Portfolios of warehouses
Warehouses are obviously less glamorous than many other properties, though they can be an attractive investment and surprisingly photogenic. Just like this portfolio of eighteen warehouses clustered along the major freeway corridors around Atlanta.

Supermarkets
On the left is an example of the footprint of a supermarket, with aisles, check-out counters, and the loading docks out back.

Industrial parks
Industrial facilities are often located outside of the metropolitan areas in industrial parks. The buildings are rather simple, without much detail. The graphics will show the loading docks and truck access, rail access, parking, and the distribution of the columns inside the building.
